Chili News!

Don't you just love this weather??? Maybe you've finally put a blanket on the bed at night, looked forward to a hot cup o' joe in the a.m., perhaps even jumped into a pile of crisp Autumn leaves! That said, you know it must be CHILI time! Imagine curling up into your "Snuggie" with a bread bowl of steaming, delicious Majestic Chili! Yum!

And speaking of your chili addiction, a select few hundred people will get to sample said addictive chili at the Hollywood show this weekend---you know who you are!

Hello chili lovers!

Majestic Chili enjoyed an awesome debut...selling out in just 1 1/2 hours at the farmer's market!!! Of course, many thanks are due to the loyal following we've picked up along the way!

A STAR IS BORN!

And so it begins: Majestic Chili's first day of business, at least in the eyes of the Office of Finance. There's still much to be done, and yet another license to secure. But things are progressing. And while I'm approved to prepare the chili, I still can't sell it! If all goes as planned, that will happen on June 6, 2009. Meanwhile, I've sent a query letter to Trader Joe's. Chef Larry suggested the use of soy chorizo in the vegan variety of Majestic Chili, and it ROCKS! Other soy products are slated for testing...
